The administrator has access to detailed statistical information on protection use. Specifically:
- Number and percentages of active protections and unused protections: Active protections are those which have been used to protect a document.
- Corporate protections vs. user-defined protections: Corporate protections are those created by the administrator via the web application.
- Protection creation trends: You can view information about the creation of protections by users and the administrator.
- Most used corporate and user protections: You can view the top 10 most used corporate protections and most used user protections. This will allow you to remove protections that are not used, maintain the essential minimums, etc.
