If various users within the organization share a single account to protect documents and one day you want to prevent one of these users from accessing the documents, this cannot be done any other way than creating a new account and transferring the permissions for all the documents to this account. In addition, this process must be repeated each time you want to control the permissions of the individual users who use this account. For this reason, SealPath does not recommend working in this way.
